The profession deserves our association, men. For years, our job has gotten harder, the pressure continues to get turned up, and the hours get longer and longer. The rewards, namely more ownership of our programs and some significant increase in compensation must also come. It's time we represent ourselves, together.

The National High School Football Coaches Association (NHSFCA) aims to promote and maintain the highest achievable standards in the profession of coaching football. Our foremost edict is to provide exceptional support to coaches, their programs, and their players by providing education and exclusive, valuable benefits to our members. We will protect and advance the profession and the game.

Additionally, by ultimately representing thousands of member coaches and interested parties, our membership will hold a national voice and will exert influence regarding current issues that affect our sport and our profession. The NHSFCA provides a round-table for the free exchange of ideas on coaching methods and techniques and the study and discussion of successful programs. We offer educational resources, instructive programs, regional clinics, significant worldwide promotion of American high school football, meaningful high-profile recognition of regional and national leaders in the profession, and carry out other educational and charitable activities.

Mission: Comprised of professionals that dedicate themselves to coaching football at the highest level and other supporters, we aim to be recognized immediately as the ultimate brotherhood of high school football coaches in the USA. Our foremost edict is to provide exceptional support to coaches, their programs, and their players by providing education and exclusive, valuable benefits to our members. We will press the case for increases in compensation for our members that serve as teacher-coaches. We will protect and advance the profession and the game.

Did you know? The AFCA currently reports approximately 11,000 members. By our count, over 3,700 of those members are high school coaches. As high school AFCA members, we are non-voting members that get to attend their convention (many times at our own expense). We will continue to support the AFCA. The AFCA is a great organization but the time has come for the NHSFCA. We support college coaches. It's time for college coaches to support us. And they agree!

Join the NHSFCA today and help begin the revolution. Join today and you'll receive all the benefits of helping build this honorable and great association not to mention the practical effects of joining today - you'll receive over $500 worth of premium incentives on each individual annual membership!
